Shipping policy
We operate out of two fulfillment centers to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
You will receive:
- A confirmation email once your order is placed
- A second email with a tracking number once your order has shipped
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times depend on your location and which warehouse is fulfilling your order:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Origins & Inventory
To provide the best service, we ship orders from the warehouse closest to you that has the item in stock.
If an item is unavailable in your local region, it may ship from our international warehouse, which can result in longer delivery times.
4. Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered as pre-orders.
- Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require additional processing time.
- Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders will be clearly communicated via email to customers.
- Orders containing pre-order items may be:
- Shipped once all items are available, OR
- Split into multiple shipments (at our discretion)
Important:
- Processing and shipping timelines for pre-orders may exceed standard delivery estimates.
- Delays may occur due to production or supply chain factors.
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the extended waiting period.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BOLAPSD is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged items
- Contact us immediately at info@bolapsd.xyz
- Include clear photos of the package and product
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned or disposed of due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
